If you are having trouble opening documents on our website, it may be that you are using an earlier version of Microsoft Office documents. You can download a patch that will let you open Office 2010 documents, from the Microsoft website.

Follow the instructions on the screen to download the program. Office 2010 documents should then open on all older versions of Office.
